Books of Interest to Lightworkers
-3-
While thoroughly engrossed in reading A CIRCLE OF QUIET, network TV featured a wonderful presentation of Madeleine L’Engle’s classic, A WRINKLE IN TIME. This TV movie reawakened in me the excitement at discovering L’Engle’s writing so long ago. In A WIND IN THE DOOR, the reader is introduced to the Murry Family. Meg, who is described as volatile and dull-witted, young Charles Wallace who refused to speak to “just anyone” so he’s thought of as dumb, the twins, Sandy and Dennys, Meg’s friend Calvin O’keefe and of course the Drs. Murry – physicist father and brilliant scientist mother. The family’s adventures continue through the next two books: SWIFTLY TILTING PLANET and MANY WATERS. While these books may billed as a children-young reader literary works, the message contained within the pages of the books in the THE TIME QUARTET, which is now available in a boxed set as well as individual books is for readers of any age – child to adult.
